I'd ask him what on earth he was thinking when he decides to go roll in the muddiest spot in the field and rub his head in it!!!!!
Just a few pics, beginning my training now properly =]. got my first ride of the year very soon just short of 3 weeks will be round quick, we shall be training alot as we have a 64km ride to do in may :O.
